Araripesuchus manzanensis
A newly described species from the Cretaceous period, part of the Uruguaysuchidae family, named after the site "El Manzano" in La Buitrera, Argentina. Unlike modern crocodiles, this group had relatively long limbs, suggesting they moved in a very different way—likely capable of running or galloping. This artwork was created to celebrate its discovery.
